Picasso said a lot of insightful things about children's art. You go Google the exact quotes if you want but I am going to sit here and watch my friend Andrew Knostman paint. I was beginning to feel stress over my upcoming show and I was thinking how nice if I could get into the frame of mind of a child. You know, fully alive in the present moment, carefree, curious, energetic, soaking up life like a sponge. The closest I could come was to invite Andrew over and watch him paint. There, I feel so much better now. Thank you Andrew for reminding me how to do it!
